How do I add a new vehicle?

To add a new vehicle, go to the "Vehicles" tab, tap the "+" button, and enter the vehicle details including make, model, year, and license plate.

How to track fuel expenses?

Navigate to the "Expenses" tab, select "Fuel" as the category, and enter the date, amount, price per gallon/liter, and odometer reading.

Can I export my data?

Yes, go to Settings > Export Data and choose the format (CSV or PDF) and date range for your export.

How to set maintenance reminders?

Go to the "Maintenance" tab, select "Add Reminder", and set the reminder based on mileage or time interval.

Is my data backed up?

Driver Ledger automatically backs up your data to the cloud when you're connected to the internet. You can also manually back up to your device.

How to calculate fuel efficiency?

The app automatically calculates fuel efficiency based on your fuel entries and odometer readings. You can view this in the Reports section.

Troubleshooting

App crashes or freezes

  1. Restart the app
  2. Check for app updates
  3. Clear app cache (Settings > Apps > Driver Ledger > Storage > Clear Cache)
  4. If the issue persists, contact support

Data not syncing

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Force sync by going to Settings > Sync Now
  3. Log out and log back in to your account
  4. Contact support if sync issues continue

Unable to add fuel entry

  1. Ensure you have entered all required fields
  2. Check if your vehicle is properly added
  3. Try closing and reopening the app
  4. Contact support if the problem persists
